WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders will usually arrive within 4-7 business days as we typically ship out your order in 1-2 days of placing your order. (Please note that we DO NOT ship or fill orders on Sunday). If you have ordered an item that is shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, (Pandora Style and Certain Bangle bracelets) it will ship to you within 6-14 days of placing your order. If you have not received your order within these time frames please contact us with your order number and we can check on it.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Contact us if you do not receive this for some reason.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Many times we will ship your order out on the same day you place your order so if you need to cancel - please contact us ASAP. Typically, you may cancel your order within the same day that you place it.
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
We strive for perfection in all we do, but in some cases delays or errors can occur during the production and shipping process. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your order.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?
Yes, you can submit an order to be delivered to a different person/address.
I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL MY ITEMS IN MY PACKAGE. WHAT GIVES!?
Occasionally items will ship separately depending on if you ordered an item that was stated that it was coming directly to you from the manufacturer. If so, that item will ship separately and you will be sent a separate tracking number for that item. If you only have one tracking number and have not received your entire order, please contact us.

WHY WAS I CHARGED MORE THAN MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE?
If your shipping address is in Arizona or Texas , you will be charged an additional sales tax for your purchase. It's the Law. We can't do anything about it.
USPS CONFIRMED DELIVERY OF MY ITEM, BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.
If your package has not been found or has not been delivered, we suggest that you contact USPS in order to locate the missing/stolen item(s). We are not responsible for any non-delivery, mis-delivery, theft or other mistake or act in connection with the delivery of your order, when it is confirmed delivered by the shipping tracking number. However, we strive to be of service to our customers so you re also welcome to contact us about it if you so desire.
